Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90396 66226 with your order ID.

We offer an easy exchange within 7 days of delivery for size or fit issues. The product must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. We will replace it or issue a full refund.

• Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer.
• Sale items, customised or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged or defective.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, and delivery usually takes 4–6 working days depending on your location.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999.
• Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes.
• You will receive your tracking number on WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can also track it on our Track Order page.
• Delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or courier issues. We will keep you informed.

Terms of Service

• Product colours may vary slightly from photos because of lighting and screen settings.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
